I bought these for my ankle pain, but they also helped with my knee pain. This is the second pair of these products I've bought. My orthopedic doctor first introduced them to me. I'm extremely happy with their performance.

I have the worst flat feet most podiatrists have ever seen. I pronate fully inward, flat to the ground, and this basically gives me a "medical condition" where my feet, ankles, and toes always hurt to some degree. These insoles are the best I've had that aren't actual custom orthotics. They have a raised heel and an aggressive, firm arch that forces my foot upright the way its supposed to be. Its been a week but so far, I am really impressed with them. Super comfortable, and they fit great.

I couldn't believe how good I felt once I out these in my shoes. I was able to walk for a longer time. I mean, I had really bad plantar fasciitis and the was centered at the heel of my left foot. I used to sit down and dread getting back up but not with these. Although, they were pricey they were worth every dollar. Because I feel like I am getting my life back. I can walk around, exercise and do more at work. I'm so thankful.

these do the trick of all the ones I've tried before

after using for 4 days, my knee is still sore but far less than before. my feet are still sore after my shift but I've noticed about a 60% improvement on my knee and I'm hopeful it will continue to get better. If they weren't so expensive I'd get a pair for my shoes outside of work. Very pleased with my purchase though.

I sometime over do things. This is one of those times. Simply put, these inserts are very high quality but are too stiff! I wore them to work and my ankle began to have sharp pain. Thankfully the pain is not permanent. I will likely buy the same brand but with less/softer support. My bad.
