Preen Garden Weed Preventer - 31.3 lb. - Covers 5,000 Sq. ft.

This stuff works great at preventing weeds in our flower beds. I put it on mid March and again in mid/late June. There might be a week here or there, but they are far less than without this product and pulling a few is much better than pulling a lot. :-)

The price of Preen - like most things -- has greatly increased in this past year, so that, of course, doesn't please me. But my biggest problem is the one mentioned earlier -- that my delivered order was short by 13.6 pounds of Preen, or $27.20 (plus tax) .... I look forward to a refund of that amount, or another shipment of the Preen that's owed. Thank you !

This was a very difficult year for weeds in my large flower gardens. At considerable expense i had all weeds removed by hand , took 7 days and flower beds covered wit weed suppress fabric and mulch. Adding Preen will suppress weed seed germination for 3 months. Such a large area required 7 large bags of Preem and expense and delivery was a big concern for me. Walmart price was significantly below other vendors and product delivered to my house.

Used an old yogurt container to pour it exactly where I needed it. Light rain activated it. Stays put. Use protective gloves. Highly recommended for pre-emergent weeds. More like seed killer instead of weed killer. :)

It is product the is proven that I hVe used in the past. As for the price, Walmart had the best price I could find online, but I still thought it was a little high. Maybe that's just where everything is going.

i like using preen as i have several beds of flowers and need something easy affordable and no problems

I put it down just as it started to rain. Got it spread out and then it rained hard. Perfect timing . My yard had a good soaking.

I use this product all the time so I knew the quality was good. It was on sale at Walmart so the price was good.

Once again it was advertised for $51 a bag I bought two bags I received one then the other one came for five days later the second time I ordered it I again received one I bought them for $51 apiece. They said they were delivered they weren't then they said it shipped and it didn't. I finally got one bag I ordered two and it says I ordered one. I don't know what's going on and I have no way to contact anybody.

They didn't come it a bag like the picture shows. They came LOOSE in 2 cardboard boxes. All we have are granules in boxes.
