I have been using Preen for many years, I don't think a lot of people are aware of this product, it really does prevent new weeds, it won't kill the weeds that you already have, you need to weed the garden first but it does prevent new weeds from growing, I use it twice a season %26 there really is no need to apply mulch, plus it's much cheaper in the long run

I have liked preen when I have used it in the past. This is the first time I used the weed preventer/plant food variety. The results were not good. I followed the correct timing, getting it out before seeds germinate. We have a carpet of seedlings in all of the flower beds. I will try again but will use the extended control next time.

Did not work at all. I have used the product in the pass and it worked. I may have been sent an old outdated bag.
