Love the collar but the price is ridiculous!
LOVE these collars! They work perfect for my dogs! I have 6 labs and they all wear one. I would have to say the only thing I do not like about them is that they are easily broken by the dogs rough housing and pulling each other by the plastic unit itself. The plastic unit always breaks! And since the new company took over they raised the price by almost $20 and changed the way the batteries are replaced so that you can only by theirs. SO the collars went from $32 to $50 plus you have to buy their stupid batteries. They didn't make the unit any better, just raised the prices! Maybe they should look into a way to make the plastic unit one full unit so the dogs can't break them at the seam of the plastic where the two pieces come together. It doesn't take much for the dogs to break the unit either. We went through 3 collars in 3 days just because the dogs tore apart the plastic unit.

Replacement collar within 3 months
We use this brand and these items for our 3 dogs. This is our 4th collar as we had to replace one. The one we replaced just quit working after about 4 months. We don't know why. We replaced the batteries and everything. It still wouldn't come back to life. So we have to break down and purchase a new collar. Other than that we have no complaints. The system contains all the animals well.

Ordered 2 this week and both have come apart the first day I had one the dog

Randomly elecrocuting dog
It worked for a couple months, but it started malfuncting and chirping every time it was near metal of any kind. This morning I touched the prongs when this was happening and noticed that it was issuing a mild static correction. It seems that this collar was constantly shocking my dog when it was on.

Premier Pet in-ground add-a-dog
It worked but then stopped. My dogs other received works but the new owners never doesn't. Customer service is impossible to reach, they put you on hold for over an hour.
