Premium Grill Assembly ($250 and up)

The guy that came to do my grill was very polite. He came a day early and was on time. He made sure that he rechecked his work to make sure that everything was working just fine.even if the instructions was only pictures no words.. He did a really great job…

The guy was an hour late seem a little confused couldn't speak English. Need my help and got a little frustrated with me when I couldn't understand what he was saying because he didn't speak English, so I went outside a couple of times to assist him and realize he didn't have the proper tools what are the best spirits for me but I would try it again because I know that's not the standard of Angie's list.

I brought this item 2 months ago still waiting on the missing part they don't even respond back to you they have a AI responding then they ask if I want to return it not thinking if I had a way to return it the they said we will give you 25% off still haven't received it so if you can read between the lines what I'm saying don't do it they don't believe in customer care

Original booking (that was assigned by Angi without consultation, was canceled by Angi 30 min before scheduled time, rescheduled for 6 PM on Saturday night (?). "Pro" attempted to contact me at 6:30 via email, while I am preparing dinner. I responded 20 min. later, then received an email saying that I will be charged for the assembly????!! I ordered and received griddle on April 20, it is now April 26 and it's still in the box. Would never use Angi for anything...only communication is through email??

The day of my appointment the guy who was supposed to show up never came. I didn't even get a phone call I had to call the company to find out where he was. I even texted him to the number they provided for him to see if he was coming but I never got a response. I was upset cause it was a gift and I didn't want my husband putting it together. In the end he had to do it himself. I asked for a refund from the company and didn't get that after they said they would not charge me for the service.

I really wanted to put a zero or no stars because I paid for the grill to be installed, and they canceled on me twice, and then they completely canceled. Canceled the order stating that they were overbooked and they didn't have anyone that has the knowledge to put a grill together waste of time and money very disappointed.

i paid for assembly and it was not completed. The man from Angi left to go to his next appt. it took me two hours of trying to get some one to come back out and then they did not show up three times. i asked for a refund and never got it. I tried to call the store for help but no one answers the phone..it just rings and rings.

Do NOT use Walmart's “professional” assembly! It is through Angi; the tech came out, unboxed the product, attempted to put the grill together, and just walked out without saying a word. Take a look at the pictures and THINK TWICE before having them come and assemble anything.

I advise not to buy a Angi set up contract recently bought a grill that I paid for an Angi contract for then to have someone to come out and put it together well it has been rescheduled 3 times so far so all I'm doing is looking at a box great job walmart you need better services. Again think before you buy.

I ordered this grill mainly because it said it would be assembled on day of delivery. This job was given to Angie's list and they rescheduled it for another 2 days out. This would not work since I had out of state company coming in that day to grill. I called Angies list, they tried to reschedule back to original date, but i received a message the next morning stated it had be rescheduled out another 4 days?? this caused me to return the grill
