Normally when you use an ice bag, you have to put a towel down, then put the ice back on it. This company took it one step further. One side of the ice bag is just the ice bag. The other side is the ice bag with a cover on it.Just like a towel. No towel needed.

My husband loves this. He uses it to wrap around his knee at night. It's soft and flexible and stay cold for a while.

Can wrap this around my lower back and just leave it there, sit and walk around with it on with no hassel. Very convenient.

This is amazing but received two different sizes when I purchased and did not keep cold for a long perios of time.

This item is much smaller than depicted in photo.(Maybe the model was a child?) It does not cover most of your lower back. This would not fit anyone with larger than 40" waist. There is a soft fuzzy layer that goes against your skin, but after heating it the recommended time, it is not warm enough to feel through the fuzzy layer.

It ripped after 3 uses and all of the little balls came out all over my kitchen floor. I returned this item.

Please dont buy this for anyone looking at this review, IT WILL SNAP AND BREAK After a few uses
