Prepac 60" Wide Hall Tree with 24 Shoe Cubbies, Drifted Gray

Defiantly a 2 person assemble. Overall description didn't do its justice, it's a really nice entrance way show stopper.

Looks great, shoe cubbies are a little small, only one shoe fits in each square but the rest of the unit is exactly what it looks like in the pictures

They should label parts so it will be faster to assemble. I still get it done in less than 2 hours by myself and the hall tree looks exactly showed in the picture.

The color is great for our mud room and serves the purpose of catching everything coming in the door. Though it is a large piece of furniture it doesn't extend that far away from the wall, so it actually looks smaller than the cubicle boxes we had there previously. You could add cushions and pillows to spruce up the decor if you wanted. Walmart had the cheapest price on this. The same product was available at several different websites and I could've paid up to $100 more elsewhere. It pays to do the pricing research. Would recommend!

Appearance is exactly what I anticipated. Dimensions exactly to description. Assembly was difficult as the pieces were not labeled and therefore could not follow instructions. It took 2 people about 3 hours to assembly due to this. SEE PHOTO's: On the steps to nail the cardboard as the back panel, it was guessing game on where to pound the nails to make contact with frame. I have many nail "incorrections" that are visible on the front side. Also the shoe slots need to be inserted appropriately or the slots move when shoes are removed.

I wanted to love this, I really did...but my item came damaged and I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful, sent me the replacements right away. The customer service is definitely 5 stars, however the product itself, 1 star. The attempted assemble was AWFUL. None of the boards are marked. Its like putting together a puzzle first, when you think you have it figured out, you have the wrong part. I struggled way more than what I needed to at the beginning of assembly. I received my replacement parts, and one of the parts was wrong, so I had two left side pieces vs 1 left and 1 right. At this point I was sooooo over it. I decided it was best to just return it before the product breaks and I am out over $300. The hall tree looks pretty, and probably is decent once assembled BUT you better be up for a challenge!

Looks nice. Not sure it was right fit for us. My advice is to organize all the pieces prior to starting by labeling each piece with correct number. Also do not purchase if you have baseboard larger than the allotted indentation. We thought we could trim it to work, which we did easily trim with saw. But didn't realize we had more of the shoe part that would not work with our 8” baseboard. So the whole thing is sticking out half an inch from the wall. Sigh. Not thrilled. But our oversight.

Spent 4 hours fixing and then noticed that one of the panels was NOT white. White laminate was missing.

this item is missing pieces that are essential to it's actual construction, the vendor refuses to reply, if they actually exist. im not even allowed to add photos of the missing items on the part list or the mess that will be getting picked up since customer service is too much to ask for from eithe

The box that arrived looked like it has already been opened and was tapped up on top. We opened it and saw that the bag of screws had a hole like someone had tried to use it and worst of all one of the long pieces with slats for the shoe rack was broken in half. Looks like they shipped us someone's return. Now I have to take it back to Walmart to process my return.
