Great bookshelf headboard
Finished headboard with shelving is attractive and practical. Good for holding small books, medications etc. I have the headboard as a set stand alone not actually attaching to my bed. Great value.

Very nice
Like most institutions you have to think ahead on how it goes together. Wish it attached to the bed frame but I will figure out something for that. Also bought the matching bed side table, match perfectly! Very nice!

Great for some extra space
Easy to assemble and strong. Stands so solid, I didn't bother attaching it to the bed frame. Lots of little storage cubbies. Perfect for water, alarm clock, books, etc. Highly recommend.

Sturdy, decent quality, holds smaller books
This is not a bad item for the price. It does not join to the bed frame at all, but rather stands behind it separately. But all the pieces were present in the kit, and it was relatively easy to assemble. It took me about two hours, but I'm slow and methodical. It hold smaller size books, like pocket-size books and small paperbacks. It will not work as well for trade paperbacks or larger hardcovers.

Does the job
The headboard is made well enough and once I figured out how to stabilize it to the wall with L brackets, it does the job!

Nice
Very nice! One of the smaller pieces of wood had a small chip. Most of the time youll find stickers letting you know which piece is what.. This item didnt have that. But I got it together and its very nice for my daughters.

The shipping box filler was so full it filled all the holes that the screws were supposed to go in so the wood doesn't lay flush

it was missing a dowel and a nut and a washer. It was very hard to get tight together and it is very flimsy when attached to the bed frame.

Terrible that is two pieces
Broken pieces cannot abide this cannot send back box is damaged and the cost is terrible. This is the first time I have received merchandise of this caliber from Wal-Mart
