This product works like magic! I struggled for a while with haemorrhoids and the first time I used it I could not believe how quick it worked! It does exactly what it says on the package and more. I absolutely love it!

Works better than the creams I have used.

I first heard of this product when had a horrendous two hours in hospital getting things shoved back to where they should be. Two days later after using the loo I had severe burning pain and used Preparation H for the first time. The relief was immediate. The instructions on the box and tube are inadequate. The website is much better. I did not realize that the yellow tube was a cover and not the applicator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure what changed over the years but this just didnt provide much if any relief for me. If anything, it felt like I was applying greasy hand cream.

Never received the product

Save yourself the headache and get the suppositories they're already measured out for you and no messy applicator. This ointment is good for external use.
