I ordered a 4-pack of these, but was sent a 2-pack. I called the Walmart Customere Service line and "spoke" to an automated machine. It told me I was not eligible for a refund, even the difference in the price between the two or a return. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. I started to give a bad review, but I decided to call again. I asked this bot if there was someone else I could talk to. Amazingly it put me in contact with a real person, Nick. He gave me full credit for the 4-pack. He said I did not have to return what I had already received, and I could use the credit to repurchase the 4-pack which I did. Kudos to Nick! Way to go! Got a great deal on these. Walmart pricing beat Amazon by $31 for the case of (12) I bought!! Gave one to each family for Xmas …. After discovering all my fire extinguishers were long out of date/expired!! Easy to store and should be easy to use. Feel better knowing that all the kids %26 grandkids have one of these on hand!! Love this Xmas gift idea !!!

I bought this fire blanket after dealing with my parents old propellent fire extinguisher that they had. I found out the propellent only lasts six years in the propellent fire extinguishers. I did not have a fire extinguisher and bought the fire blanket to have a fire extinguisher. I am thinking about getting one for family members for Christmas as an extra gift so they have one on hand in case they need it. I thought about getting one fire extinguisher with propellent but may get another one after Christmas.

Great product to have on hand. I bought the 2 pack. One for our home kitchen and one for the camper. I have teens who occasionally cook for themselves and I want them to have something to react quickly with in case of fire. I feel like this is a a much easier product for them to use than an extinguisher (and less mess).

I saw the advertisement both on T.V. %26 on Face Book. I bought 8 of the Prepared Hero Fire Blankets ( 40"x40"). I got them to give for Christmas for family %26 friends. I recieved exactly what I purchased. ( No bait %26 switch here). I can't attest to how they work but if they save one life then I've gotten my monies worth. Winter's coming %26 alot of house fires accour then. Hopefully they don't need them. Lois

I saw this online at another store for a much higher price. I purchased 4 for the same price as 1 and it's the same thing. Excellent delivery. I plan to give 1 to each of my 3 adult children and keep 1 for myself. This isn't a once and done. Use, wipe off, refold with two tabs sticking out of packet that should be hung in kitchen or possible fire area. The only reason to discard is if there is a hole or tear in the blanket. I highly recommend, even if 1 use saves a life. Read instructions and use as directed. Attach to a wall. Grab tabs and pull down, shake blanket open and throw away from your body over the fire. When fire is out, wipe blanket, refold with pull tabs facing down and replace in the packet attached to wall. Even if you use this once or never have to use, you will have peace of mind knowing you purchased an item that may save a family member's life or you own. Sorry if this is too wordy, but I wanted to give enough info for others to feel satisfied in their purchase. A great Christmas, birthday or thinking of you gift. I'm a mother/grandma in my 80s and believe this is a good gift item that tells the receiver you care about them.
