My sister and I both are using to prevent macular degeneration. My sister lives in Washington DC and her doctor recommended it highly. It's very expensive but worth it to save your sight.

Doctor recommended due to being diagnosed with Macular Degeneration and Cataracts. I recommend that if you are using glasses that are 2.50 or higher, if I were you, I would start taking them as they are vitamin and can only increase your vision as you age.

These seem to have the ingredients required, are affordable, and are not a product from China. Not sure why all brands are bright red but don't list any dye in the ingredients

I was told to use this product by my ophthalmologist to slow the progression of Adult Dry Macular Degeneration. I've been taking it for several years and the AMD has not progressed. Great product!

These absolutely work! No they don't stop cure macular degeneration but they slow it down. I feel confident every time I go to eye doctor and he tells me that my mc has not changed. What more could you ask for????

Makes your urine very golden and fine if you like that coloring. Easy to swallow. Soft gel. A little costly. No side effects noted like I had with Ocuvite . I do not know if it has worked in slowing down my macular degeneration but hopefully “I will see” soon.

I cannot find that these are Preservative Free! I thought the order was for P.F. I cannot use the ones with Preservatives in them. Otherwise they would be really good! I/ve used the PF ones for years and they have really helped my eyes.

These are what my mother's opthamologist recommended, but she couldn't take these with her usual multivitamin, so we switched to the AREDS with multi.

Been taking for a few months and seems to be helping my vision improve a little bit. I haven't seen it get worse. No flavor unless you brake the capsule. Overall happy

Do NOT take this until you research what it can do to your liver. I was not asked about any previous liver problems when this was recommended to me by eye doctor. The amount of ZINC in them raised my liver enzymes drastically. Luckily I was seeing the doctor for something else and caught it within a month or 2! I stopped taking it immediately and my enzymes went back to normal.
