The quality
I'm bed bound and we use pads in my lift chair. It. really helps a lot. I get one box 4 bags of 25 come in 1 box. Great for the price.

Best I've found, but still not ideal
Pads are good at avoiding leak-though, and are comfortable enough to sleep on, but absorbancy is only okay--will not handle true (complete) incontinence issues, but would be fine for leaks.
