In my opinion this is the best version of Pride and Prejudice ever filmed. You can tell who are the good guys, the pompous jerkppppppp lol lol llols, the greedy pigs, the nasty bums, and the people who are growing and learning about life as they encounter all these various types of people from the very beginning of the film all the way to the end of it. You can actually see the person who is proud and the person who is prejudiced lose their a lose their pride and lose their prejudice and become aware that appearances can be deceiving. Watching how each person learns about the people and circumstances they encounter tells a rich and complex story from the very beginning of the film all the way to the end of it.

this dvd was a movie based on the book written by Jane Austen. It iis a romantic story whiich stirred feelings long gone from my heart. I am not by nature a romantic but this story took hold of me, and would not let go.

Product arrived before stated time. Arrived in good quality. Reviewed both DVD and Blu-ray editions and both played marvelously. Price was very affordable. Would approve the purchase of this product.

For fans of the book, this is a MUST watch! Very well done both producing and acting. Longer than your typical movie, but well worth the investment in your time.

This adaptation of Pride and Prejudice gives you room to truly step into the lives of Elizabeth and Darcy. You witness their missteps, feel their emotions, and watch their relationship unfold with the same thoughtful pace as the novel itself.

This is a very good adaptation of the book of the same name the characters are well defined and the storytelling is solid.

watching this movie gave me the structure of the book. I watch it over and over. it's such a good story.
