Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil 500mL

so I like this oil good it does well with high heat it has a neutral taste does what I want a oil to do. cons only thing is it's a bit expensive but for how much I cook I can get about a month out of this bottle using to about 3 days a week.

This is a great avocado oil with tasty flavor. We use it to cook veggies or fish, as an ingredient in salad dressing, and as an ingredient in various recipes.

We are cutting out soy oils for inflammation and wanted to start using a healthy oil for cooking. It doesn't have a taste that I can tell like some of the other oils do.

This is delicious. Drizzled on toast it tastes as rich as butter. Replacing half of mayo on cole slaw, the flavor blends right in but is healthier.

It has replaced olive oil in most of my cooking! Love it!

Doesn't burn or smoke with higher heat
