Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil 500mL

This is a great avocado oil with tasty flavor. We use it to cook veggies or fish, as an ingredient in salad dressing, and as an ingredient in various recipes.

We are cutting out soy oils for inflammation and wanted to start using a healthy oil for cooking. It doesn't have a taste that I can tell like some of the other oils do.

I have used this to oil my hair leave it in for a while before shampooing and it makes my hair smoother. I have also used it as a body moisturiser I apply after shower and it's so good the body absorbs it quickly no greasy feel and no oily smell like with other oils. I really love the quality and benefits to my hair and skin from it and it's natural for sensitivities.

Waited so long for this to be in stock! Avocado oil has a higher burning point so the benefit is less carcinogens when you cook - if you believe this theory in general. Taste was neutral, use it for general cooking, quality is good. Would recommend! I'm not on a diet and didn't check the calories.

The price at iherb usually lower than at supermarket and it deliver so fast. The quality is good as alway. This avocado oil didnt have strong taste or smell that wont affect the taste of the food which is good for me to cook. I recommend to deepfried with avocado oil.

This was the first time I bought this brand but it turned out to be a good choice. The quality is great and the ingredient is just purely avocado! There isn't any strong taste so I can use it in any kind of dishes that I make. For health reason I use it in almost everything I make.

This is delicious. Drizzled on toast it tastes as rich as butter. Replacing half of mayo on cole slaw, the flavor blends right in but is healthier.

Great quality cooking oil. Good packaging. Used it daily and its taste is great in salads. Good quality ingredients but wish the size of bottle was bigger for the price.

I use avocado oil for frying and I really loved this one, the price is pretty good, the quality is high, I loved the packaging and the bottle is really comfortable and compact. The size is also nice, it will last for a pretty long period but of course it depends on how much you cook. If you are looking for an avocado oil or a healthy alternative to the usual frying oil - i really recommend choosing this one 🥑
