About this for the first time and because I heard it was good to use while diving or even if you aren't dying and it turns out that I really like it I will continue to buy it and use it like when I do my eggs or do my chicken or anything like that, but I will use this from now on

Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Spray 4.7 oz. No complaints. I use it the same way I use Olive oil spray. Air pressure spray, no propellants so ease of use. Rated to 500 degrees. NON GMO, 100% Organic and Glyphosate free. Shelf stable below 120F. Nice fit on the container.

Since I have done keto diet, I have been using this product. I normally would get this at Sam's (2 pack) because we use a lot of it and goes through it quick. I am glad the Walmart near us have this in stock. I like the taste of Chosen Avocado Oil because it is not overpowering.

The taste of the product was good. Really you can't taste the avocado at all. Which is nice if someone in your home doesn't like avocado. The avocado oil spray is a great option for cooking, it has a higher smoke point and is better than seed oils or vegetable oils - in my opinion. The only thing that I did not like about this was the actual spray. I comes out more like a squirt not a mist.

My son had used this when I visited him in Seattle. I did my own research and found out, it was indeed, healthier than vegetable oil. It is great when baking or frying food. No overwhelming taste to ruin your food. Just healthy Avocado Oil Spray that keeps your food from sticking or burning.

it's really nice to have a way to get our avocado oil sprayed on a pan rather than use olive oil out of a pork container because you always use too much when we use the poor container. but with the spray bottle it even recovers the pan and allows us to use less fatties in our food

I like Chosen foods avocado oil so thought to try the spray. I've tried the very large cans and the now small can and both release way too much oil at once. More than is needed. As a result I have a lot of wasted oil, and thus more expense. A little dab of the oil on a pan or cookie sheet spread with a pastry brush or paper towel would work just as well and cost less. I want to buy better quality foods, but I don't want to waste them.

Good quality oil, but not in love with the bottle. The sprayer seems to spray too much too quickly, which then results in you using up the bottle pretty quickly. If there is a way to reduce the pressure and reduce amount sprayed, I'd give this a 5/5 stars. It may be convenient, but you get a better value with the glass bottle instead.
