Primo® Water Deluxe Dispenser Bottom Loading, Hot/Cold/Cool Temp, Stainless

Reading the reviews on this machine scared me, but at my age I needed a bottom loader. So, I purchased an extended warranty for three years. (It was worth the $25 for peace of mind.) Just be sure to buy a late model machine because Richard, the Customer Service rep at the Primo factory told me that, "The older machines have smaller compressors and are subject to failure." I just hope my good luck continues. It's a real bear re-packing this machine to send back, so save your box. I had to ship back the last machine after one day. (The older model with the defective compressor and the cold water dispenser that wouldn't get cold, was sold to me by another company, not Walmart, as a new machine. Richard at Primo, after I read him the serial number, told me the machine was three years old even though it was factory packaged.) Remember, with this machine you have four areas of concern, the pump that pulls the water up from the 5 gallon jug, the hot water dispenser, the room temp. water dispenser, and the cold water dispenser. At this point, we're extremely happy. Everything works. So with this in mind, I'm looking forward to using this great bottom loader for years to come. Be sure to read the instructions before you plug the machine in. Hope this helps you in your buying decision.

This is the replacement for the original water dispenser I received that was delivered damaged. I love it because I don't have to lift the water bottle up. I also bought the three year extended warranty. It turns out it's cheaper to buy the unit with extended warranty than to use a water service AND Walmart had the best price. When the original one was delivered damaged - I just brought it back to my local Walmart (ordered online with free shipping) and they immediately credited me the money. I would definitely continue to order from Walmart. I really love this water dispenser - it looks great!

Works great. My mom loves it. The family loves it, so I'm happy.

This was a gift, my second purchase of this item. The directions simply indicate how to set it up and install a water jug. They DO NOT suggest cleaning, which both units needed. There should be instructions recommending a cleaning (sanitizing?) prior to use. I don't know if the new units are unsanitary, but they seem to have a bad taste. Cleaning is easy. I suggest you do it prior to use.

Would have been great if there is a child lock button.

I don't know. I haven't received it. Wal Mart cancelled it after my three days to track it and get notifications was up. I haven't checked yet but they are supposed to refund my money. I have purchased another one through Amazon and am awaiting delivery on it.

I do not like this unit for the reason the Cold Water Does not get much colder than room temperature, I contacted Primo and I am still waiting to hear back from them to see if there is a way to adjust the temperature, from what I read in the owners manual there is not an adjustment on this model where as model 900130 does have an adjustment. Very disappointed in this wish I would have ordered the 900130

This is my second Primo bottom loading cooler the first broke after about six months which was too late to return, and the second didn't work from the day I took it out of the box, only cold water would work, not room temp or hot. I returned to store only to find out I paid more because I purchased it online! Will be purchasing a different brand cooler from another store for sure.
