Primo® Water Htrio Coffee K-Cup Water Dispenser Bottom Loading, Hot/Cold Temperature, Black

Absolutely love all features of the Primo, cold water, hot water and keurig. Hot water is great for oatmeal or malt-o-meal. It also has a safety feature for the hot water. Cold water is refreshing and the keurig is great for anything we have coffee, tea and hot cocoa in a pod.

I have been using this unit in the upper level of my house and needed a new replacement from a hot/cold dispenser whose wire broke and hot water function is lost. Walmart delivered within 24 hours by driver in his own car which is service at the best. He even brought the unit into my house which I cannot get Amazon to do when delivering a folding bed.

I love this product so much I have 3 of them!!! The one at our office we have had for over 5 years with no issues and unlike reg coffee makers that use the cups this one is still working properly. The water is also easy to load at the bottom. Highly recommended!

Everything about this cooler is fantastic. Being able to store K-cups on the top, being able to make coffee is wonderful. I freed up part of my counter by not having the Keurig machine and k-cup coffee. This cooler is a bottom loader. It’s so much easier than my last cooler where that one was a top loader. I recommend buying this.

Works as it should, much easier to load the jugs than the small top load one I had. However, the smaller top load was of much sturdier construction. I love the coffee pod addition and pod storage it works great. It is all plastic though almost cheap like so I hope it lasts as long as our other small one.

I really wanted to like this product. The coffee dispenser seemed really useful. However the coffee part was alright, but then it stopped working within a month. This product was delivered Nov 15 and yesterday Dec 15 it slowly started sputtering out and today won’t dispense water or coffee. Also a little annoying Walmart won’t do pick up and only in store return.

purchased item the coffee part stopped working after the 2nd cup of coffee. ( same day we opened it ) the hot and cold water part still works just fine but I threw out the old coffee maker when we got this item so now I gotta go buy a new coffee maker

This is the 3rd and final water cooler we will ever buy from Primo. All three coolers have begun leaking on their own causing 5 gallons of water to be disbursed all over our wood floors. At this point and having the same problem with 3 different coolers this has to me some sort of manufacturing error. Buyer beware, stay far away from this brand.

I had my old Primo water cooler over 10 years and just recently it stopped working. The new one stopped working the they we set up the machine by night cold water dispenser stopped working, next day the hot water dispenser stopped working, and by afternoon entire machine did not work. What a disappointment and waist of money.

This was my second purchase of this Primo Water Dispenser and I regret buying this one. Buyer’s beware, don’t waste your money into this piece of junk, it will stop working within a few weeks or months; less than a year on you. The second one that I purchased was delivered on 11/25/2025, it stopped working as of 12/11/2025, less than a month after I received it. I personally will not make the same purchase again. I will not recommend Primo Water Dispenser with the k-cup coffee maker.
