Primo Water® Top Loading Pro 3 Temp Water Dispenser, Black & Stainless Steel

I bought this water cooler as a birthday present for my mom. I ordered it the Friday before Christmas and Tuesday the 24 FedEx was dropping it off at my moms. She just loves it and uses it everyday. The box it came in was in great shape no damage at all. I took it out of the box put a water bottle on top of it, plugged it in an in less than an hour we had very hot and cold water. It does not leak and is very quiet. I'm very happy that I bought this water cooler and would buy it again.

We had to break up with our home delivered water service after 20 years. We rented our cooler with it so we didnt know what to choose. I know from experience we personally didnt want a bottom loader since they have to pump the water up and are much noisier. Still being capable to bring the water bottles in and load them on the top it works for us. It sits a bit lower which is convenient for loading. No water cooler is perfect so dont over think unless you see one with many poor reviews.We have had lots of coolers we rented over 20 years and this one has actually been the best. Our first purchased one. We have had ours just over 1 1/2 years. Still quiet, still going strong. No issues. It has a HOT!!!! Room temp which seems on the cool side and cold. Hot is set up with child safety.

I ordered the Primo( top loaded) Water dispenser online andcwas amazed how easy it was to order. I was also amazed as to how fast it was delivered as promised. It arrived undamaged and ready to go. So far this product is working great.

What a great purchase. After my water company raised prices...again... I bought this beautiful water cooler. Super quiet and 3 settings of hot, cold and room temp. I love this cooler.

Primo is a very good product and this unit works perfectly. It keeps hit water hit, cold water cold and room temperature. I owned a Primo before and had to replace due to age. Delivery wasn't great but double packaging protected unit from damage.

Decided to buy the water dispenser because the kids drink a lot of water and I was tired of finding water bottles all over the house . It’s cute I put the dispenser in my living room. It’s easy to use. It has hot and cold water. Advice when setting it up Do not plug in dispenser and make sure the hot water button is off until the water is filled in the unit.

Love this cute little water dispenser that replaced a bigger one we had for years. It works perfectly and even has light, so you always find your water source even when it is dark. Can only recommend that cutie❣️

Walmart is awful. Do not buy from them if you are going to have it delivered. The first order never arrived and was cancelled 4 days later, even though it was suppose to deliver the day I ordered it. So I stupidly order it, again, and this time something arrived. The wrong thing. They delivered the wrong water cooler. It isn’t even the right color or box, the delivery photo the driver took when it was dropped on my porch clearly shows the wrong water cooler. I entertained keeping it because it was so much trouble to return, even though it’s a model that costs less than what I ordered and doesn’t qualify for the energy credit from ComEd. Of course the base was cracked so it doesn’t even stand up. Would you put 50lbs of water on top of a wobbly water cooler? I submitted a return request and drove it to the store. I arrived an hour before the store closes but customer service closes an hour before the store closes. So I came back the next day and I’m in the parking lot now absolutely furious because they won’t take it back because they can’t scan the barcode on the box because IT ISN'T THE ITEM I ORDERED. Keep in mind I have a photo Walmart emailed me of the delivery showing the exact item in the exact box I am trying to return. I left it in the parking lot I am so upset over this entire fiasco blaming myself for a stupid idea wanting to have hot water always available. I literally got scammed out of $160 bucks by the second largest retailer in the United States. I will never give this company a shred of credibility again it’s unreal they don’t have safeguards to prevent their delivery drivers from scamming customers.

orderd this item plugged it up it started smoking then they sent another one that one had a big dent in it sent that one back still waiting on a refund they wasted no time taking my money now i have ti wait to get my money due to there malfuntion and mishandled product

I was shipped a tapped up box of garbage. An employee actually shipped this from Walmart. Whoever shipped this should be fired twice!
