The instructional videos that you can download are so informative and so easy to follow. As always all the pencils are very pigmented and the quality is far superior to other products like them. I have become so hooked on Prismacolor products because I know I am going to get a superior quality product every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this drawing set comes with everything you will need to get started. Sharpener, blender, drawing pad of paper, magic rub eraser. I love that it also comes with a pouch to hold all the pencils in. It was easy to get started drawing in step by step. Their website has tons more info on which package is right for you. My 10 year old loves animals so this has been really fun for him he just got started and thought it was neat going section by section it made it not so overwhelming while he learns.

So I knew getting this set was going to be first rate. I also love to color. I have an extensive collection of adult coloring books. I do like to dabble in drawing but I am absolutely not any good at it. I can draw stick figure and that's pretty much it. First let me go over what you get in this kit. You get 18 Prismacolor soft core colored pencils, an eraser and sharpener, you get a colorless blender. Love this blender pencil. You can blend like a pro and make sure pictures look amazing. You get a drawing template with a grid, a drawing pad, A clear grid overlay and instruction booklet and online lessons. You also get an artist roll to put your pencils in and take with you when you need to. For this kit, i used the pic of my own dog. At first i was a bit overwhelmed but then realized i can do this at my leisure. I can stop. Rewind. Review. Once i let that sink in it was easier. I did pretty good for someone at my level. Was very pleased with the result. Parts of my art looks like Picasso but still, not too bad. I highly recommend this art set. Great fun and easy to learn
