good set, good instructions, i would buy the 24 pack to go along with it , mostly because i love these pencils
Prismacolor Technique colored pencils have a soft core yet they are durable. The colors are vibrant and they are smooth and easy to use. The price varies due to which package you purchase 26 count or a larger count. I enjoy using these color pencils for any art project, because the colors so rich and vibrant with each stroke. They are easy to sharpen and they last a long time.

Be very careful when buying these items in the store. The one my shopper picked out for me was broken into by someone, who stole at least half of the items in the box! I am currently waiting for a new box to arrive.
I love this set. Would love it more if it had the blending sticks included. The colors are as vibrant as can be, will be purchasing this brand again.

Small tablet price to expensive
I bought the Prismacolor 12 ct set. It said Step-by-step instructions however, there was nothing included. Now if I want to get basic instructions, I have to pay $30 for something that was promised in the container.
