I used the product and monitored my blood glucose levels after taking it and it seemed to help. I experienced no adverse affects while taking this, and felt completely safe about taking this. it acts as an appetite suppressant but I didn't lose weight

This was to see if it would change anything. Started taking again and the same thing occurred. I took product with food or a high carb meal and saw no difference. This could be due to how short my duration was with the product. Pills were easy to swallow.
