I do not take a lot of caffeine, so the first thing I noticed while taking this is the energy I get not long after taking the 2 capsules which lasted for awhile, and its the non-jittery kind too! I regularly work out, so I couldn't tell if this product helped me lose some stubborn weight or if it was the extra energy I had to help push me a little more than usual. I'm always looking for a product that will give me that extra boost of energy to assist in my strenuous workouts, and I believe I've found it here! These capsules are easy to take - no swallowing problems either. I felt a slight boost of energy with no jitteriness which I found helpful to start my day off right. it acts as an appetite suppressant but I didn't lose weight
