Proctor Silex Retro Clothing Iron, Steam Iron for Clothes with Nonstick Soleplate

I'm so happy I picked up this Proctor Silex iron—I just love its cool, retro vibe! It's incredibly simple to use with just a basic dial for fabric types, and it heats up super fast, which is a huge plus. It glides smoothly over all my clothes and the steam button gives a great puff for stubborn wrinkles. It has a nice weight to it and gets everything looking crisp without any fuss. For the price, it's a fantastic, straightforward iron that does its job perfectly!

This iron outdoes every iron I have ever owned. It gets hotter, faster and holds a lot of water. I haven't had it long but I use it nearly every day, mainly for sewing tote bags and purses. It isn't heavy and for what it does is compact. I have purchased quite a few different ones in recent years and so far this one outshines all the rest. Plus it is one of the least expensive. Value!

Used it for the first time to wrinkle out my suit in the last moment and tryst me the suit was folded up in half in my suitcase for almost a month. Those wrinkles went out in few seconds, loved the first experience and yes, heavy too, nice Retro one.

Money well spent…Do not let money issues dictate the experience of an item that performs well…This Commercial and Heavy duty item's performance is refreshing. A well relaxed ironing experience where I sharp my skills and create new ones.

Very easy to use with a long cord that doesn't get tangled. It's just heavy enough to get the job done. The steam feature is simple to use. I really enjoy this iron!

Does the job but a bit bulky. If you need a cheap iron, it'll do but not easy to use.

1. Temperature control selector was defective (always jumped from 3 to 6, not allowing settings for synthetic blends or wool. 2. Iron leaked steam from rear end. 3. Because carton was badly taped shut, suspect this iron was put back into stock after being returned previously.
