Complete Kit minus medications
This is a complete kit. After getting lists from the Mayo Clinic and the American Red Cross, I considered making my own, but this kit checked off everything. It needs some creams (antibiotic, hydrocortisone) and pain medications added to make it full. My only complaint is that it is a bit snug and hard to add anything else to it.

This kit is in my emergency grab and go pack. I have a small one in my car and one in my medicine cabinet. Great to have so your ready as one never knows when you will need it.
