Love it but seems sound becomes faint over time.
I love this stethoscope. It is easy to use and looks exactly like what doctors use. I bought this stethoscope for a 13 year old as a Christmas gift. Upon receipt in September or so, I tried it on and could hear the heart beats. But in December the recipient said the sound was very faint. I would recommend this product.

Sound it low
Very nice looking and it seems to be well built. I do have some problems with the sound of the heart beat. It is very low sounding. I can hear it, but it needs to be very quiet in the house to hear it. And when I hear it when it is quiet, it is still very low sounding.
