Fantastic treadmill...especially for bigger individuals. No big frills, but that's a good thing. I can push start and go. Wife and I both use it daily, and it shows no signs of issue.

I like this treadmill because it's quiet & it let's me get a nice fast paced walk in every day. It shows your pulse, blood pressure & calories burned as well. I thought the delivery person was awesome & my box was delivered in perfect condition & they couldn't be nicer. It's just what I wanted & I plan on using it every day. If you want a fast or slow walk, this is a great machine. I think the extended warranty for 4 years is awesome as well & is a great way for busy people to stay fit. This is good for young or older walker's. I'm in my 50's & will use this over 2.5 mph & it's quiet. I couldn't put it together myself but I had someone put it together in a 1/2 hour. The only thing it lacks is a water holder. Very satisfied.

I just love this treadmill only had it for about 3 days now, and it works really good and stands up to the weight! Took over 2weeks to get here but it was worth the wait! 2016 weightloss goal!

I am writing this review because of the impressive 5 star Walmart's customer service. I received the item today. Upon reading the manual, my daughter noticed they had sent the wrong manual. It came partially assembled and there were no instructions on to how to assemble the parts included: a cylinder, a support bar and and the bottom support tube. We started putting it together by figuring out ourselves and we noticed that the "support big tube" for the bottom of the treadmill did not aligned correctly. We had to force it in and this damaged the paint on it, you can see that on the attached picture. Then we looked everywhere in the manual provided for the instructions on installing the cylinder and bar shown in the picture and it was nowhere. Either they did not installed it properly or again, sent the wrong manual. I called the company customer service number and got a message stating they are not accepting calls now do to Covid 19 social distancing requirements. I chatted on Walmart and they immediately offered to contact the company and give me a return call. Less than 10 minutes later, a customer service rep called me and solved my issue. He offer a pick up service for the treadmill as it was, ordered a replacement and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I was so incredibly happy I almost cried. I know Walmart has great customer service, but this was beyond my expectations. I was going to order this treadmill at Amazon and is needles to say, I am so glad I ordered it at Walmart instead. I want to mention that I had also purchased the extended warranty. The Treadmill looks sturdy and well built, but I have not used it to provide any feedback on how it works. Thanks Walmart for brightening my day!!!!!

I have some solid issues with the treadmill. (1) The console does NOT turn off after remaining idle, you have to physically turn off the treadmill from the on/off switch. If you leave the screen on, the LCD screen is subject to “screen burn in” (image retention) making the screen difficult to read. (2) There are silver pads on the bars that you hold to see your heart rate. There is an “off” button half inch above the silver pads on your left hand, IF you accidently hit the off button it will reset the computer console and prematurely end your workout.

THIS TREADMILL DOES NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO BE USED The only option is to walk on an incline of 3% or 9% however when reading the details you would think that there would obviously be an option to use it without an incline. I bought this for my mother who has a disability to use. The incline makes things more difficult for her and she is not able to use the machine because of it.

Hello, I ordered Progear HCXL 4000 Ultimate High-Capacity treadmill for my mom as a Xmass gift to help her maintain a healthily lifestyle. The item was delivered with a broken knob. Now the treadmill re-starts on it's own after it's powered down after she's finished using it. Mom enjoys using it and wishes that the knob can be replaced and the treadmill would stop re-starting on its own. Please help.

First: it was a total assemble, not the attach the computer and go Second: it never worked, the computer never cycled according to the instructions, could not change any settings, but the pulse sensor did work. Third: the help via email was ok, not bad response times (roughly 4-5 day) but the computer never showed an error code so after three weeks was told to return it to Walmart since they no longer had replacement parts. So buyer beware, if you get a bad unit you will have to return it to your local store. Which was a pain due to the size and weight of the machine. But our local Walmart was great with the return. I did have to call the online order department to get my extended warranty refunded since the store would not.

Since I have waited for 2 weeks and had 2 no-shows with no notice of cancellation what can I say. I had no option but to choose Like or Dislike for every category before I could save this review, I would have liked to leave them blank. But I can't say I like anything about this thing because it doesn't work. I sure hope the treadmill itself works eventually. - I chose this particular treadmill partly because there was an option to pay to get it assembled. The other reason is that it has a 20-inch belt. Fat lot of good if the box is going to just sit on the floor.
