Worked perfectly

I'm short. I'm using it upside down in my Prius driver's seat to make me see better. The flat harder surface is better for my stenosis.

It helps considerably w/ relieving the pain & discomfort due to bulging discs in my back & neck at least in the short term. Hoping long term usage will alleviate my discomfort more .

This back stretching device is very firm and seems to help the back pain.

Love the purchase. Very sturdy and really loosens my back. My family has started using it too. Highly recommend.

I like it, but, have to be very careful on how to use this. It can cause a misalignment on the spine, when I am trying to straighten my spine.

I see a lot of people give this thing a great review, but I think it's terrible. First, no instructions come with it. It doesn't tell you where to put it under your back. There's nothing to tell you how to use it or how long and where you should be stretching at it just shows up as a piece of foam I've tried looking up the instructions myself. This is not a nice back stretcher and I've been on quite a few it's like this one and all these lumps just presses into you without offering all that much stretch. Buy one that's adjustable and leave this junk where it is
