Very satisfied customer
The leg resistance bands work very well, they help with overall foot speed an even endurance. I would recommend them to everyone.

Leg Resistance Band
Although I'm sure this product works for some people, it was not a good fit with my challenges and I had to return. The product was high quality and as always the ProsourceFit customer service is excellent.

On the Small side
The cuffs barely fit around my ankles and the band gives me the right resistance, but it would be better if it was a little bigger. I think this was meant for a woman, but I didn't see it listed as gender specific in the description. Also this item shipped from California and was the item in my order that took the longest to get to me.

Not for beginners!
Not sure if I like them yet. They are not for beginners like myself. Very tight to use️. They fit great but I have to work up to themZ

Very resistant
It was much stronger than I had hoped for but I hope to work through it until it gets easier.
