Now that I am older with arthritis a lot of exercise is out of the question. Thanks to the bands I will be able to keep in shape. With three strengths I can try different ones as I need.

Bands and manual
In addition to the bands, manual is provided to get you started on strengthening exercises. I use mine daily, starting out with the light green band.

Stretch bands
They work great for my needs. Tie on end of blue band to tree limb over- hanging the alligator pound. Swing on the band until I have the momentum to clear to the bank opposite This time was not lucky. A 132 foot long old ridge back croc was waiting.. took my left foot. I 'm going back with me 38 magnum. I'f I can catch him quickly, can cut my foot out of his belly and take it to the ER for reattachment. Meanwhile. that sonofabitch has my blue band in his gut along with my foot stay tuned

Highly recommend
I've purchased other ProsourceFit products in the past and have always found them to be excellent products at a good price. These bands, as expected, do not disappoint. Three bands, three levels of resistance and store easily in the provided pouch when not in use. Totally satisfied with my purchase.
