Love, love the Protégé 20" Hardside Carry-On Spinner Luggage, Lilas Pink !! It is perfect for take on luggage when flying or just for an over night stay. I love the fact that it's a hard shell piece which helps when traveling. It also has a zippered compartment and the opposite side has the bands to hold clothes into place. Great piece of luggage!

Used 1 time for overnight stay. Case cracked throughout entire top of case. Could not even get 1 use. Obviously, hard cover needs to be reevaluated as I was ripped off by the poor quality.

It's the perfect size as a carry-on, and it's able to fit a lot of items. It is also pretty sturdy and easy to pull ever if it is packed with a lot of stuff.

Arrived earlier than expected. Great, even color. Swivels and rolls nicely. Handle extends at two locking lengths. But hard plastic is softer than I hoped, and it also arrived with a dent in bottom left corner that does not cooperate with attempts to "pop" back into shape.

Would of given 5 stars if i would of arrived on the date it was scheduled for trip via airplane. At last min same day suppososed have arrived @ door, kept changing dates 3 times %26 was 5 days later. Otherwise, thats that.

So I got this carry on for travel so I don't need to check in a bag but it's not 20inches like online says it's exactly 22inches. The problem is that this bag not all airlines will let you take it onto the plane. So now I have to find one that will be able to travel with onto the plane. It's fits pretty good amount of clothes but I need something 2 inches shorter. I love the color and all but I like to carry my carry on and personal bag with me all the times. So I'll be returning this. Air Canada airlines doesn't except this size carry on you'll have to check in and other airlines.

I bought this for a steal as a Black Friday special, but you get what you pay for. Handle had sharp edges. Wheels didn't spin properly when I changed direction. That was the deal breaker. I don't want to wrestle with my luggage going through an airport, so I returned it.

We used this suitcase for travel twice. The second time we got it back from baggage claim completely cracked. It seems that the hard shell material used was not very suitable for checking it in.

I bought three of these suit cases for my kids carry on and they are horrible quality. All three cracked in all different areas just on the way to vacation. I would not buy this brand ever again

I have owned many different suitcases high end and lower end. The Walmart ones are always great for the price and several trips. This one broke on the first trip and I didn't even check it in. It was inconvenient and I do not recommend it.
