I did lots of research. Top 5 and 10 lists Online and YouTube. Product reviews in Walmart and Amazon. These were listed in almost every list. Nothing else was consistently listed, not even the only brand name I knew before I started my research (T.B.), which was definitely a shocker! These are awesome. They are built for the sony ps5 by Sony. Read that again and let it sink in, i know i wanted the best accessory for the ps5 i bought so I spent time researching $30-$250 headsets for a week. I'm very happy I chose these. The sound is amazing. built-in in mic is great, no more feedback from adjusting it in front of your face every time you want to sip a soda. Always the same volume without having to get it the perfect distance. Very comforta, le and I have a big head, those reviews saying they were small or tight must have been made by Andre the Giant or something. These are amazing, and while the price is nearly double what I was thinking before I started looking, they are totally worth it

I can hear the footsteps I need to know where to look to shoot. The volume for game or chat I think should be separate as if you have in middle you can't hear chat as well. It's nice not having a mic that gets recked that you have to attach or fold up and wires get damaged like the turtle beach ones. I would buy another one of these before a turtle beach one.

I've had the same turtle beaches headset for the last 5 years, all taped up and everything. I decided to give this one a try, I ended up returning the order and using my old ones because they're better. I wouldn't recommend this for someone who is looking for gaming audio so good that you could hear enemy footsteps.

Headset feels cheap and is very uncomfortable to wear with eyeglasses. I've owned the earlier PS headsets and really liked them so it was disappointing to see the quality of this one. The sound is just okay as well. I would return this headset if I'd paid full price for it. Controls are also subpar and hard to find while wearing headset. The battery dose not last long after a charge.

Why does every representative tell me wrong information ? Why do you not take notice to the notes I have had customer service write down on my account? Why do you ship me things in plastic with no wrapping or packaging? And why is there no controller but a charge on my account? I will be sending back empty boxes due to not recieving such order
