I love Tide and I love the environment so I'm real happy they are moving towards an eco-friendly product. The two things I look for in a detergent is its ability to clean and how it smells. This product cleans really well and smells amazing. I hope they keep this one around.
It cleans well
been a Tide user for neons ,but here lately the company has change the way they make it. Tide ( reg.) made me break out in a rash, and my husband was complaining he was itchy. But this New Tide (plant base ) is great , rash is gone and husband is not itchy any more . Yes,I will keep buy this as long as Tide keeps making it and not change a thing about their product.
Having tried all the other available market detergents, this PUR product is unequivocally SUPERIOR to all the others. I will not buy any other. SO worth it! Clothes come out cleaner, smell great, don't need that much, value IS THERE. Thank you finally!!!
Detergent leaked into the box, despite having been "sealed to prevent leaking." I didn't get the entire amount of detergent that I paid for.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product. Big mistake. I have hives all over my body and now have to rewash everything. I am really disappointed because I wanted to love this product. Definitely will not be using this product again.
I absolutely loved the original scent of the Tide PureClean Honey Lavender. I purchased a new jug of it yesterday and I am so disappointed. Why would you change the scent!? The new scent is horrible and the original was great. It was my favorite detergent. Please go back to the original scent!
I have used Tide Free and Clear HE for years and recently tried this product for the first time. I was intrigued by the plant-based claim. For a large load of towels, I followed the dose guidelines and filled the cup only to the 1st line. I had to run 2 additional wash cycles (no additional detergent) with extra rinses to get the suds rinsed out of the load. It took a total of 3 hours and 6 rinse cycles to get rid of the suds. Not very eco-friendly, a waste of money, water, and now I have detergent I don't know how best to throw away. Overall very disappointing. I see comments elsewhere that this product suds more than your other products, but how little are you supposed to use?
Contact dermatitis. I was hoping to go the plant-based route for washing my clothes. I did one load of laundry with Tide's purclean. I ended up with contact dermatologist. I had itchy red rashes where I had worn the clothes from that load (Socks, shorts, shirt, and undergarments). I'll be going back to Tide original.
I broke our in rashes all over from this detergent. I use the same products religiously: This is the only new product change I have made and regretting it. I have to rewash everything to make sure this wasn't used to wash my items. The rash is that bad.
