I've only been taking this product for over a week now and I can tell the difference. I was feeling tired and not sleeping well. Hot and cold and basically just feeling yuck. Since I've been taking it I feel more balanced and have energy again. I also like the fact that vegan.

I am taking these for hormones and breast health. My ma had breast cancer and since I never had children I'm at higher risk. Easy to take and vegan capsules. I am a vegan so it's important to me that anything I take is also vegan.

The main active ingredient is Diindolylmethane and is made in the body from a chemical called indole-3-carbinol, which is found in cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli. I hate veggies, so this is a way for me to get those benefits w/o eating broccoli!!!

I've been taking these for about a month and I haven't noticed any changes in my body. I haven't felt any different nor any worse. I'm not sure if I would continue to consume this product. The recommendation to take the caplet is 1-3 times daily, there are 120 caplets. There is no strange smell to the caplet and they don't give any type of after taste.

I read, in detail, the good and not so good about taking diindolylmethane, in general. I am prone to blood clots so taking anything with this ingredient could possibly cause a recurrence of that so I have no opinion, good or bad, on this product.
