great to take in the morning
I love taking Inositol in the morning to help curb my appetite and relieve stress. Just make sure to start at a low dose to get used to it first for those with sensitive stomachs.

So far, so good
Dissolves easily.. helps calm anxiety and helps sleep. It's a little more expensive than the brand I had previously bought from a private company.. So I'm comparing the two. So far, so good. I guess I'm paying a little more for the convenience of getting everything in one place.
