Hello, remember to allow time for L-Glutamine to get into your system and start working.This is not a overnight fix it pill. You should/will start seeing a difference after the first week or so. I started out taking one 4 times a day. The Gut health was the first to be noticed. I can't say much for the muscle mass but being older did not expect to be "Hulk" overnight. The caps are easy to swallow and not the size you might give to a Horse. So far happy with the way they are working. I've cut back to 3 times a day and still seem to be getting full benefit.

I have been having GI issues for so long that I needed to find something that would help.  I came across pure encapsulations L-Glutamine 500mg and thought I have nothing to loss if I try it. The recommendation on the bottle is 1 capsule 1-4 times a day between meals.  I started with taking L-Glutamine once a day between breakfast and lunch. I really didn't notice a difference.  After a week I increased it to twice a day and after a week at two capsules a day I started to feel a difference, I didn't feel as bloated after I ate and I no longer had to take laxatives to go.  The capsules are easy to swallow and I didn't have any side effects from taking the supplement.   Make sure you give the supplement time to work it doesn't do anything if you take it one time. I had to take it two weeks before I started to notice that it was helping my GI Issues.

I haven't used this product before so it would have been nice to get a bottle that didn't have an impossible-to-remove a sticker over the directions.
