A trustworthy company, excellent minerals for great health. We take one before bed, because I learned "minerals" go to work the best on overnight, while sleeping. My multivitamin and B-vitamins give you energy needed during the day.

I take these about twice a week to insure I'm getting enough minerals.

So far so good. I was a religious user of Seeking Health's mineral complex, but after they increased the price from $15 to $20 a bottle for a one month supply, I searched for an alternative. Pure was the closest I could find for a more reasonable price.

The product works really well and seems to support energy and overall balance. I've been happy with the quality—very clean and reliable, just like most of Pure Encapsulations' supplements. The only drawback is the price point; it's a bit higher than I'd expect for a mineral blend. That said, if you're willing to pay a little extra for trusted quality, it's worth it.
