Another high quality product recommended my naturopathic doctors. I won't take anything else. I've been taking this for many years and it has methylated B vitamins that are necessary for better absorption.

It’s an excellent product one of the best on the market
I wanted to like this multi based on all the good reviews. unfortunately, it causes me really bad headaches...even with taking 1/3rd the recommended dose. my go-to multi prior was pure encapsulations men's nutrients. I'll go back to that.
