Love this product! Heats up fast and even. The warmth is very comfortable. The pad covers neck and shoulders perfectly. Nice price, too! Now, if you can come up with a hand warming device to soothe arthritic pain, that would be great!
I really enjoy it, helps shoulders & back, which i have arthritis due to surgeries. Only thing i wish it had was a snap or sometype of closure to keep from falling/slipping off.
Great products, makes a big difference for wife as she spends a lot of time at the computer fir work. Helped her tension for sure.
