Very comfortable
Bought one for me and my daughter, Love them, heat and messager works great not big and bulky . Very comfortable. Like USB charger {electric)that the products are coming with nowdays easier to use, flat, longer cords. Highly recommend

Great for arthritis of the neck
This heated neck wrap is just wonderful for helping alleviate the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis in my neck. It really makes a difference! So glad I bought it.

Good but not great
This neck wrap heat and massager is good not great. For 30 bucks it works as I would expect it to. Gives a good little massage and I understand it can't get super hot because people forget to turn these things off and that can lead to bad outcomes. I am pleased with this product.

works great, only issue is it stops getting warm after a while when the instructions say it stays warm for 2 hours but i just unplug it and plug it back in worth the $40

Works extremely well but only lasts 6 months.
I really like this product. It helps my neck tremendously. The massager helps relieve pain as well as headaches that come from neck pain. The heat works as well also. The only downside to this is that it only lasts about 6 months. I am now on my third one.

Going to return
I thought that this being a Sharper Image product it would work alot better. It doesn't do a very good job in my opinion, it warms nicely but the massaging isn't what I was hoping for.

the massager quit working. i had bought one before and same thing hsppened. I thought I would give this another chance and ordered another one. Same thing happened. Do not buy...
