Initially, I took the highest recommended dose but now I'm able to take just two a day. When I stop taking Candex, my candida returns, so I highly recommend these enzymes to anyone suffering from candida. They genuinely keep it at bay, whilst containing no nasties. The only reason I've not given Candex a 5-star rating is the unnecessary plastic in the packaging. Given the plastics crisis we are facing, I wish the company would drop the unnecessary plastic wrap and change the lid to metal. I also hope the cotton wool they insist on putting in the jar is made from natural materials.

Candex is good to get rid of excessive Candida in the body. It not only kills Candida but doesn't also cause a die off reaction. You need to take this in an empty stomach otherwise it will be digesting the food. It's vegan enzyme blend that breaks down the yeast biofilms when taken on an empty stomach. It's part of my anti Candida protocol.

This supplement did not help me much in the fight against Candida. I may have noticed a slight effect and felt a little better, but unfortunately I did not feel the significant changes I was hoping for. Despite taking Candex for several weeks, I did not experience a significant improvement in the fight against Candida. There was a slight improvement in my health, but it was insignificant and short-lived.
