Great pull up bar. Has cushioning in the right areas to not damage the door frame. Strong construction too. Highly recommended.
I was skeptical at first and didn't want to damage my door since I rent. I've been using for months and I haven't noticed any damage. Plus it's great way to stay in shape during the pandemic
Its not too strong and but over all its very comfortable and easy adjust able bull up bar
I'm happy to say that my bar came with all the nuts and bolts needed for assembly (even an extra screw), but the problem is that it hangs too low on the door frame for me. Taller people may unfortunately find that their knees/feet will be bumping the floor at the end of the eccentric (negative) movement. This also causes a problem for people who (like me) hang on the bar to decompress their lower spine. My knees touch the floor when hanging, even when I'm gripping the prone handles, which are set higher than the main bar's padded handles. Now, this issue will depend on how big your door frame is, so this may not be a problem for all tall folks. My door frame is the standard 6 foot 8 to 6 foot 9 . Other than that, the bar seems to be of pretty decent construction, and the handles are well-padded. And while the bar works well for close-grip push-ups, I wouldn't use it for wide grip, as the strain on the inner-side elbow tendons is significant when gripping the outermost handles.
fits every door frame in the house. Downside is that it feels flimsy and the pull up bar starts to bend in in the middle where the two piece fit together. Does not feel safe to use the (narrow grip) extender bars. However, so far has held up and I use it 4x a week.
this is horrible pull up bar in terms of it FALLING on you if you attempt to close / move the door when it is hanging.. this does not happen to other bars
Was expecting a little better quality for the price . This cheaply made and after using it four times, it is already unsteady . The metal is too thin.
Myine was missing the connecting male-female part whoch should have been part of the bar. Poor manufacturing and quite disappointed.
This product is not very sturdy, made of thin metal. Started to bend on the first pull up. Not a great design
after a few months of usage, the screw became loose and can't be tightened any more, bad quality.
