I like this brand of Magnesium Glycinate because it provides all my required benefits (standard) and it has the most dosage in each individual pill (212 mg) that I have found (one has to be careful to check this feature because often the quoted quantities per dose are only acquired by taking 4 pills.

waited 2 weeks to write my review as i was worried thus stuff was to good to be true. i have been suffering from insomnia for 20 years and routinly alternate between benadryl, melatonin and trazadone up until now nothing has worked consistently . im so glad i found this product. think its also helping my anxiety

First of all, this capsule is very easy to take which is a big plus for me. My sleep was more restful which automatically leads to better mental health! I get cramps in my muscles at night and I stop getting them every night. This product is priced reasonably and it's made a difference in my life.

We use these to help us sleep and they do a great job. When I run out I really notice a difference in the quality and length of sleep. I tried another form of Magnesium and it gave me headaches and stomach troubles but this one doesn't have those side effects for me.

I haven't found any issues. I am not sure if it really helps me sleep. I take an hour or so before bedtime. Sometimes I sleep sometimes I don't. They seem to be good quality product. I do wish the price was more affordable. I also am getting a few bottle for my review.

Appears to be good quality, no stearic acid or magnesium stearate or other unnecessary fillers or additives, vegetable capsules with are full, no loose magnesium powder in the bottle. There was no moisture absorption pack in the bottle but it hasn't caused any obvious problem. Better if taken with food or it can be a little hard on the stomach like most magnesium. A little pricey for a month's supply. I would prefer to purchase a 120 count or 180 count for a savings over the 60 count. *I am receiving a free bottle in exchange for my review.*
