I think this is great for joints
Be always stiff I think this helped a lot taking the stiffness out of my joints so far I've been using it at least three bottles and they definitely see a difference

Surgery prep
I got this supplement for a surgery per doctors request. I started it 3 weeks before and I believe it helped with bruising. I continued to take it 3 weeks after surgery as well. Had zero taste.

Try it, the price is good
I have noticed more caughing and more sinus drainage. Both were needed and may be a bit of a challenge but worth it so far. The price is good.
