Pureology Pure Volume Shampoo 8.5 oz & Conditioner 8.5 oz DUO.

So happy to find this on the Wal-Mart site! This is my favorite Pureology shampoo that is no longer available and has been replaced by less voluminizing ingredients.

Terrible smell. Smells like an old ladies perfume. TERRIBLE. Not the fresh or clean smelling products Im use to. You would think for the price of this product that it would not smell like an old ladies rolled up carpet.

I have been using Pureology Pure Volume shampoo and conditioner for over 10 years. The shampoo I received is different than what I have been using. It is watery, smells different and does not lather!! I contacted the supplier and was told since it was over 30 days since I purchased it, they could not replace or refund my purchase price. (I often order ahead if I see a good price on something and it is something I routinely use). So then I contacted Pureology and they stated that this store "is not one of our authorized retailers. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the product's authenticity, quality, or eligibility." I am shocked and disappointed. Not to mention out the money I paid for this. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner and received two conditioners. I emailed the seller and they seemed to be willing to make it right and said they would be shipping out a shampoo to me immediately but here it is, two months later and no shampoo.

It came from EBay. The shampoo was like water. I had to use more than usual to get it to lather. In the future, I will spend the extra money to get the real thing.

Horrible smell, it contains sodium laurel sulfate. Save your money, I'm waiting for a refund.

This is a counterfeit product!!! I knew something was off so I compared the bottles to pics off the official Pureology website. Multiple differences and there is a sticker covering the barcode on the back, another sign of a fake product. Learned that the counterfeit industry makes 5.4 billion annually so I will only be buying from legitimate sellers like Sephora, Ulta and the products official website from now on.

Pretty sure this was a scam…. Smell, consistency, and color were not like my normal pureology.

the product was not real pureology product. The smell was if they put head and shoulders in the bottles. I took the product to a salon. It is a fraud.
