Purina One Dry Dog Food High Protein Microbiome Balance, Real Lamb & Rice, 16.5 lb Bag

This is one of the best healthy dog foods I've ever come across in about 30 years. Lamb and rice is always a healthier choice for any dog owner whose dog doesn't require a special diet. Its great for their skin, coat and digestive system and healthier than cheap dog foods. If you love your dog and want them around longer, I recommend spending the extra money, its worth it in the long run for them!

My dogs have some sort of weird allergies. They can't deal with chicken or beef, anything super high fat very well. They ended up tolerating lamb and rice large breed very well. I've tried at least 8-9 other brands with my golden retriever usually ending up puking or the other. The vet said people like to look down on big box food, I get it but he said they are able to sell this much the product for a reason, they are good for dogs. Before my dogs my cat who lived to be 22-23 years old only ate purina as well. It's a good brand… I do feel suspicious yeah at the quality in the big bags is not as good sometimes.

This Purina One Lamb and rice has been great for my sweet boy. I took him in 5 months ago as a foster, not knowing much about dogs. He is allergic to chicken and broke out in many hot spots. It took him a couple of weeks to be okay with the change in dog food but now loves the lamb and rice. Way less hot spots and he’s eating less grass too!! (Before and after photos attached)

DaVoid was my dog was hungry and I wanted to feed him healthy dog food. Recently I had a pup passed @ 10yr. Her name was Tiny Lu ( Australian Shepherd, Red Healer, Coyote)! when I took her to the vet, he said this healthy dog food that was all meat and you couldn't spend any more money on honestly ,that's was what killed her. the vet said just go with Purina One. and you can't go wrong. I did and I do. It came on time nobody was hungry. It filled DaVoid! Wish I would have asked sooner. Good Bye Tiny Lu . I thought I was giving her the best , I was Wrong

My Poochie devours every morsel of this! Our vet has recommended this as a top brand %26 she has even lost a few pounds %26 seems more energetic in her golden age. It's almost like she's getting a treat with her meals now, so I dont give as many biscuits. She seems to be ok with that!

I've had several doggies throughout the padt 35 years most came from unwanted homes or shelters. Purina One has proven to give them the best coat, most alertness and overall healthy reports. They eat less and are more satisfied once they're switched to Purina One. i highly recommended the chichen or lamb . My dogs seem to do best with the Lamb andvrice version.

My dog enjoys this food. I add food toppers for an added bonus. It helps with digestion. one bag usually lasts about a month. That's about 1 dollar a day to feed my dog. Not bad. Best dog food I have Purchased. I've used this dog food for my last few pets.

My dogs, an Australian Shepherd and an Australian Cattle Dog, get tired of eating the same food after a while %26 just stop eating it. This has been the only food that they have liked now for over a year, so I figure they like the taste, and my vet says that is is among the better brands out there. The only drawback is that it is somewhat expensive. I have to buy a 40lb bag every 4 weeks or so %26 at $60 a bag, the price adds up fast. I guess it's worth it because of all the other things I mentioned though, so we're going to stop CJ with it.

dogs like it...that helps. wish purina would stop charging so much while decreasing the weight amount of food on the bag. this food can be more expensive per pound than human food. i feel like you are paying more because purina is stamped on the bag. it still lists lots of grain elements in the ingredients. please dont raise prices...or shrink bag sizes! if price increases any more i will have to find another brand.

Very disappointed. I've ordered Purina one products for years. This just did not seem right from the start. My dog is not picky and will eat anything. After feeding her this for two weeks, there were flies in my airtight container. They obviously hatched.
