Purina ONE High Protein, Natural Senior Dry Cat Food, Indoor Advantage Senior+, 7 lb Bag

Our senior indoor male cat has been eating Purina ONE Indoor Senior, and it's been a great choice for him. One of the biggest things we've noticed is that it seems to be much easier on his stomach than some of the other foods we've tried. He has fewer digestive issues, and he just seems more comfortable overall.

My elderly, sick hospice cat loves this. He wouldn't eat the special food the vet ordered. Kept throwing up and was soo skin and bones. So I decided to give him what he likes. He is doing really well with this plus canned food of his choice and boiled chicken or broth I make.

This is for senior (older) cats. My cat is approximately 16 years old with a sensitive stomach and consistent hair ball issues. The hair ball issues are almost almost nonexistent now. She also likes the chicken flavor. My only issue is the price. I will continue getting this for her because she seems to have less digestive issues. I will just cut back with other purchases. Otherwise great products !!

My cat likes it, it helps with his stomach issues, he doesn't throw this up. But a bit pricey, not as bad as others, but still a bit high considering it's mostly filler like all the others.

My elderly cat attacked the bag before I could even get it open. He seems to really like it. The bits are smaller, he only has a few teeth. I would definitely recommend this as a good dry food source for older cats.

Swithed from wet food to this product She appears to love it. She is more energetic, and not bogged down with heaviness of wet food. She drinks plenty of water, not concerned about not getting enough. She has few molar teeth and was not able to shred the prescription food. She was having to swallow whole pieces. The wet food seemed to cause digestive isses. These kibbles are small enough for her to swallow whole without manipulating pieces in her mouth and doesn't cause her to spend time getting the kibble just right in her mouth before she swallows it whole. Plus, it is alot easier to feed She isn't constantly trying to eat my other cat's prescription food, Hospital vet warned against this. She's satisfied and asks for more. She rarely did this when eating the prescription or wet food. I love to see her spending more time in living area and not keeping to secluded areas. She is definitely playing more independently and with me. Huge positve difference in her behavior.

My felines are brother and sister and they have free ranged on Purina One from kittenhood to seniors . They have been healthy indoor sibs with shiny coats, bright eyes. energy, and have never been overweight despite having Purina One access 24/7 since they were weaned. With formulations for all stages of life, meat is the number one ingredient and it is veterinarian recommended. My cats love it.

Finally, a cat food my senior cat will eat %26 gobbles this down so fast! He's the problem child/adult. Whose cat turns his nose up %26 walks away from food %26 it's the fish he won't eat! This one seems to be a healthier choice than others. It has more natural ingredients in it but higher priced

It seems like the 3.5 lb. size isn't offered through walmart anymore. I have a single cat and half or more of this bag would go stale and be wasted, so I will be returning this and looking for another source for the smaller bags. What else is there to do?

It says “Helps MINIMIZE HAIRBALLS”. My cats are long fur and from time to time, they puke fur ball's, so I thought this food would be helpful. But this food has strong laxative. My senior cars - one is 20 and the other one 14, had diarrhea severely since I started to feed them this food. At the beginning, I couldn't figure out what is causing them such a terrible diarrhea. Then I realized it is their new food. They stopped eating anything due to possible pain. They became lethargic and lost weight. I had to take them to the vet. If they don't recover, I will seek accountability to the manufacturer. The food is for valuable senior cats, and I feel my kitties were poisoned by this horrible food.
