Interestingly overweight dog more satisfied and consumes less of free feed dry kibbles so gradually losing weight. Underweight dog is more interested in food and has put on weight gradually stabilizing at a healthy point. This addition to diet has worked well for us as overall health has improved for both, coats and skin are in great condition and both seem happier and more engaged generally.
Both my Husky and I love the Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials Wet Dog Food, High Protein. I mix it with his vet diet for a little verity. He loves the tender cuts and gravy, I love the fact there's no fillers, high protein, no artificial stuff or preservatives, and gives additional vitamins and minerals to round it out. It's approved by my vet and I don't have to mortgage the farm to buy it. It's made by Purina, a well recognized pet food manufacturer that produces first rate products. My senior buddy has definitely benefited from its use by more life and playfulness.
My girl is a very picky eater. This is the first dog food that she eats without much trouble. She still has to look and smell it but always comes back to eat it.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My picky eater loves this! The texture is fantastic and is easy to portion out the proper amounts. She has had no issues with this food and is a happy camper!
My dog went crazy he zeroed in on his bowl with dog food. He ate the whole thing, not like the other food I had fed him. I am sold my dog will get this dog food from now on. ProPlan is healthy food for my dog, and it is worth every penny to see him happy.
this is an excellent food limited ingredients my dog loved it unfortunately it doesn’t love him back. I have to stop feeding him and go back to his old one which is OK. He is still eating the pro plan dry and loving it as do our puppies. FYI, he is almost 14 and has a delicate tummy. It’s not the food.
I ordered 3 days ago 1 case of 12 cans of this dog food from Walmart . On 11/25 i received 1 can of this dog food and was charged 38.46 . My dog is diabetic on insulin. Nothing is wrong with the dog food something is drastically wrong with Walmart. Third order in a row they screwed up.
I don't have a bad review for the specific item, but I do have a bad review for the seller. I ordered a 12 pack for the value of $38 which it wasn't bad since it usually retails at that price at petco. I got my package and just 1 freaking can came in the box. I'm so mad that they give the option of 1 - 12 pack and they only send you one can.
This was an order for 12 cans of this product and I only received ONE!!! I looked at my order and it showed 12 cans were supposed to be delivered. This is unacceptable! Over $37 for one can of dog food? Ridiculous!!!
This is supposed to be a 12 pack of dog food cans, but almost every time I order these I get sent 1 can! I suggest changing the picture because it is misleading to whoever is sending the order. I still don’t see how someone would think that a person is spending $25 for 1 can of dog food…. Still waiting on a response for when I tried to order 2 packs of 12 for almost $50 and only was sent 2 cans!
