I keep a snack jar filled with these for a quick and easy potty treat. I have a 12 year old PomChi with Cushings and a chicken allergy, and a sensational hunger for… well, anything. In effort to reduce higher fat snacking options, I found these. While I absolutely hate Purina as a brand, I needed something low fat with enough research and development behind it to ensure that my girl was eating something that wouldn't hurt her. Vet approved - she said they're practically cardboard but they're a happy filler for the pup, so I'll keep them on hand.

My dog has major digestion issues, and cannot digest most proteins. That being said, finding a treat that works well for him is super tough. Sensitive stomach pups need treat-o's, too! Gentle snackers have been a game changer for him, and helps aid in his weight loss with it being a low cal snack.

My dog is a little (ok, a lot) overweight and our vet says she has to lose weight. I saw these on Walmart.com and thought I would try them. My dog LOVES LOVES LOVES them!! I would highly recommend them. They are crunchy and she actually chews a treat like you're supposed to do, usually she just swallows some treats whole, these she can't, she has to chew them!! Dog loves them and mom loves them because they are diet!!!

Great dog treats! Low calorie and low fat. My dog has pancreatitis so finding treats that work for him is hard. After checking with my vet, I started giving these to him. They are very easy on his stomach, and he loves them!
