Puritan's Pride Absorbable Calcium + Vitamin D Softgels, 1200mg 1000 IU, 100 Ct

This is the only brand of absorbable calcium I will buy. These gel caps are easy to swallow and don't get caught in your throat like the large tablets.

A very good way to get Xtra calcium. No taste. Capsule is large but tip head back and place near back of tongue, sip water, and away it goes. I ake one per day.

These capsules are huge. Another thing to remember is to check the "serving size" for these kinds of products. For example - this product says 1200 mg of Calcium but that is per serving which means that you have to take 2 capsules to get that. You might think - I'm getting 100 capsules so that is calcium for 100 days - but not if you are wanting 1000 or more mg per day. I like the pills better.

Ive been taking this for about 2 1/2 and nothing had been noticeable, before these i was taking the equate brand and they were way better. I bought the 2 bottle deal and im not impressed at all.

these are large enough to choke a horse. The manufacturer has no regard for us older ones who are usually the main buyers n can't swallow like we used to
