At first, we had a hard time putting it together and I think it was returned because couple pieces were put together already, but then my brother put it together with no problem. We love it. It's sturdy and the horse is absolutely adorable super soft. The kids rode it all day. They loved it. And it's got two levels to put your feet for shorter kids and longer kids. We are very glad we bought it.

OMG our grandson LOVES his rocking horse! He has ridden his horse everyday since Santa gave it to him for Christmas! It is also VERY sturdy. Built to last!

my great grandson is nonverbal, autistic, and 9 years old...pretty good size boy but functions at a toddler level .. this is a perfect toy for him... he loves to jump, and i don't have to worryv5hat he istoo big for it.

This was a birthday gift for my 4 year old. She absolutly loves it. The tail and mane is very well made and attatched. The instructions for assembly could be better but was not too bad. The worst part was getting the springs on. The horse looks exactly like the picture and one of the legs sticks out to the side a bit but this does not affect the function of it. The overall appearance is ok but it looks slightly deformed. The sound works really well. My 4 year old doesnt notice... Its her horsey! The side pieces that hold it together is slightly flimsy but not too bad. I do wish that there was some weight to the bottom because she bounces it off the floor a lot. So far it seems sturdy. Price comparison I would say it is worth the savings compared to the other name brands on the market.

honestly the only problem is the square frame. it's very thin and flimsy metal. the rest of it is great but that part is just like sheet metal.

It's poor quality. Took a lot of strength to put it together. Predrilled holes dont match up very well. Springs are extremely difficult to put into poles. Frame twisted after a couple of ride and we returned it. Child only weighs 30 lbs so weight wasn't an issue.

The first horses handle came loose and my 4 yr old granddaughter was thrown off! They replaced the horse with a refurbished one. This replacement was worse than the original!! They said I could get a refund but they will not even respond to me!!

Instructions were difficult to understand and referred to the horse as both “cattle” and “horse”, as if person writing the instructions didn't know there is a difference? Handles would not tighten all the way. Could not insert screw in bushing on front and back tube because when you slid tube into the horse body, the hole was not accessible to insert the screw, therefore, the tubes were not secure. Bushings with attached springs slid out when trying to secure other springs which would have been unsafe if this happened with child rider. Returning immediately.

It's horrible to put together. The springs don't stay in where they're supposed to and it's completely unsafe. So upset I spent money on this and it's a ruined Christmas gift for my daughter.

First of all, when my package arrived to my home, the box was completely destroyed So I never even had the opportunity to give it to my granddaughter for her birthday.
