My family loves this
My family loves this cheddar cheese flavored instant grits for breakfast. Taste great as is or add Bacon. Affordable and simple to prepare. You can enjoy this at lunch during work also. Yummy cheddar cheese and I'll buy again. Quaker Instant Grits Cheddar Cheese Flavor

Yummm
I need a quick snack at work, and all I have to do is add hot water! It's a secret pleasure to enjoy, and very portable. I'm also gluten intolerant; no gluten, no problems! Win Win! Only a bit salty, but I'd probably eat that or more much salt in other snacks.

Tastes as close to home-made as possible!
I typically use the unflavored instant grits and then add cheese, 1/2 tsp of butter and a dash each of salt and pepper. With this flavor, I didn't have to add anything at all! I found a new favorite!

Great comfort food!
Just had my tonsils out a couple of days ago, and eating anything is rough. So many of the soft foods recommended are way too sweet for my taste. The creamy texture and savory cheesy flavor of these grits taste better than anything in the world right now! I've even been able to mix them up a bit by adding soft boiled egg for a bit of protein. I have a feeling I'll be keeping these in my cabinet well after my throat is healed...

We love grits in
We love grits in our family! It is a breakfast staple item for us. My kids love cheesy grits for breakfast, while my husband and I like creamy buttery grits with our breakfast. The cheddar cheese flavored grits was not my favorite. My kids love them, which is why I still gave it 4 stars. To me I think the cheese tastes a little powdery and fake. I like to just add freshly grated cheese to my grits if I want to make them cheese grits. However, we still buy them so the kids can have their easy cheesy grits in the morning. The Cheddar flavor disappoints.
First off why are all these reviews about oatmeal?? This is supposed to be about Grits . I love the Quaker original and the Butter flavor Instant Grits but the cheese flavor fails to taste like real cheese, tastes very fake.
